Halloween's Past

I've been scanning old pictures and came across these of my oldest daughter and niece in costumes my sister and I made them. I have to admit, the costumes I made for the oldest were much more planned and thought out. The second and third one got the hand me down costumes and ones that are just thrown together at the last minute.

Annette Reversible Sundress Boo Dress

Look at this cute Halloween dress made by a customer using the Annette Reversible Sundress pattern. The long sleeve shirt and striped leggings add that fall look for this precious little girl.

Here is what she said: "Let me tell you this pattern is awesome! It is easy, quick, and uses very little fabric. This is my favorite pattern for sure!!!I am going to make a Thanksgiving and fall dress next... it will bereversible."

Check out these cute Halloween dresses using the Ava Sundress Pattern. They are available for purchase on Etsy in a shop called Gramme's House along with many other cute items. Some little girl will look great this Halloween. I love the big smiling spider.

Tana Tutu Halloween Outfit

Look at this cute Halloween outfit by Kris at SWAKembroidery using the Tana Tutu Dress and Hocus Pocus Girl Applique. Applique and embroidery can make an outfit very unique. The purple ribbon and tulle really brings out the applique. Since children grow so fast, adding a shirt underneath a sundress can allow use for more than one season.

This precious little girl is ready for Halloween.

Halloween Ninja Costume

These are some pictures of my "adopted" grandchild in the Ninja costume I made for her. I used a robe pattern for the top and a simple elastic waist pants pattern for the bottoms. With some of the extra fabric I cut rectangle strip for the headband.

As you can see, she really got into the character for the pictures.
