Snow in Louisiana
For those of you who see snow all the time, this may not seem like big news but for those from South Louisiana, this was BIG. We haven't had snow like this in my lifetime. It was so pretty to watch. Most of the schools shut down and lots of picture taking, making snowmen and snow ball fights.

Oh pretty!!! Yay for you!!
I talked with my mom the day after it snowed and there was still snow on the ground! I can't believe it not only snowed, but hung around. Techincally it's still fall too.
I know it was so pretty!! The children loved it but we couldn't stay out too long, we just did not have the coats for them or the gloves and their little hands were so cold. But they did get to make a little snowman and it was still there this morning. It was a beautiful day yesterday!
