This was just the first rough draft.
This one I completely made but wasn't satisfied with the collar.
This was the 3rd try and very close to what I want.

I love my new "babies" to be able to try on the drafts to see how they look. The pattern is drawn for the most part and most of the pictures for the instructions taken. I still have the size 4 to make and am thinking about adding another option for the front closure. Maybe this week I'll have it ready for testing.

It's a wrap right? It's cute. I can see it as a dress top too. I like the pink one.
Your models... are they size for 12 months, 2t, 3t, 4t? How handy that would be. I like the small one. As crazy as this sounds I like the one without the head the best. I was thinking of your girls this weekend when I walked by The Children's Place. They have fun yarn wigs they put on them. I noticed they had a new display and the girls were all wearing different wigs. I think your girls would look good with a colorful yarn wig.
The pattern does overlap in the front but only a couple of inches. The models are 6 months, 1 year, 3 years and 5 years but the 6 month is wearing the 1 dress and I use the 3 for size 2 and 3 and the 5 for size 4. I'm not sure they are true to standard sizing but it gives me an idea of how it will look on a child. I'll have to check out Children's Place for some wigs. The older girls came with two options, with or without the head so for displays I may use the option without the heads to be consistent.
Will you be making this pattern in a size larger than 4? I really like your patterns, but don't buy them, because my daughter is a size 7.
Crystal,
Sorry, but the new pattern will probably be sizes 1 thru 4 like my others. I don't presently have any plans to make any larger.
