Confederate Rose

Someone I work with has one of these bushes at her house. It's called a Confederate Rose but is actually in the hibiscus family. Here is a link to the description. "The flowers open pure white and change color over a three-day period until they are deep pink and then as they die assume a dark "blue-pink" hue". My co-worker had some on her desk and each time I passed I noticed that the pink was getting darker. It was really pretty amazing to watch. These pictures were taken towards the end of the day. You can see how bright the pink is.
